Rappahannock Central and River District Arts welcome El Quijote, a restaurant specializing in tapas and traditional Spanish cuisine.

Emilio Fontan, owner and executive chef, owned a tapas restaurant in Miami, Florida that was voted best in the city.

Andreas Delgado, head chef, prepared the tapas that received rave reviews from those fortunate folks that had the opportunity to taste!
